Alisha Bakshi

General Dentist

Fascinated by seeing dental procedures in early childhood, Dr. Bakshi’s interest in dentistry continued to grow throughout her formative years. Dentistry would allow her to combine her curiosity and creativity in the pursuit of a profession that required artistic approach and a passion for a scientific understanding of the human body. Most of all, dentistry was perfect because she just loves to make people smile!

Born and raised in India, she earned her Bachelor of Dental Sciences (BDS), practiced dentistry for a few years in her home country, and got married before moving to Boston, MA to pursue her Masters in Health Care Administration (MHA). Subsequently, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at a highly competitive and selective advanced standing program for internationally trained dentists at Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Bakshi is passionate about shaping beautifully healthy smiles while serving our community with excellence and integrity. She loves spending time with her husband and their two rambunctious sons. She also enjoys cooking, music, shopping and watching movies!

Jill Ingram

Dental Hygienist

Jill grew up in Mooresville but has lived in West Rowan for over 20 years. She is married with two children and loves to travel. She earned her degree in dental hygiene at the Central Piedmont Community College. She is also a huge fan of dogs-big and small!

Michelle Miller

Dental Assistant

Michelle graduated from East Rowan High School. She furthered her education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, receiving her Dental Assistant Certification. She has been with our office since 2000. Michelle lives in Salisbury with her husband Dale where they enjoy daughter Alexis and granddaughter Kynnlie. She also enjoys the outdoors and riding her motorcycle.

Shannon Eury

Dental Assistant

Shannon graduated from East Rowan High School and received her Dental Assistant Certification from Forsyth Tech Community College in 2016. After 6 years of being an Orthodontic Assistant she decided to pursue general dentistry. Shannon and her husband, Josh, got married in 2016 and currently live in Granite Quarry with their 2 dogs and 3 cats. They are expecting their first child, a boy, in June 2024. Shannon enjoys camping and spending time with her family and animals.

Rosita Canup

Pamela Troutman

Office Coordinator

Pam grew up in Rowan County and graduated from South Rowan High School. She currently lives in Gold Hill. She has two children, Christopher and Anna and enjoys spending time with family and friends and her two dogs! She has been in the dentistry field for 20+ years.

Sheri Trexler

Insurance Guru

Sheri graduated from East Rowan High School. She furthered her education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, receiving her Dental Assistant Certification. She has been with our office since 1998. Sheri lives in Rockwell with husband Tracy. They have three children Josh, Taylor and Kayla. Sheri enjoys spending time with her family and camping.
